Natural Treatment of Pain With One Common Homeopathic Medicine

Any pain is unpleasant to say the least, and debilitating at worst. Pain killers undoubtedly work for some people and conditions, but by no means all. And they are only masking the problem. They do nothing to treat the cause. Certainly they do nothing for your liver, and so long term health. But if you understand why you are suffering, it's much easier to both tolerate and to treat.

Pain is all about tension. Tension in your neck can lead to a headache. Tension in your stomach can lead to colic. Tension in your limbs can lead to cramps. On the physical side, if a muscle contracts, but can't relax, it's common to find a magnesium deficiency.

On a deeper, emotional level, tension is all about resistance. You may or may not be aware of what you are resisting. But your nearest and dearest may well be. If you look back in your life to the times that you had the pain, and then look at what was going on in your life, you may begin to see a pattern.

Everyone resists something. Many resist change: they feel secure in the old ways even though these are clearly not helping now. Life is all about change. You can't move forward without change. You are changing anyway, whether you like it to not. And it is easier to go with the flow.

Imagine canoeing in a strong river. It's a lot easier and less painful to flow with the current. Your tension is the same. Luckily, homeopathy does a lot of the hard work in resolving your emotional resistance. By taking the homeopathic medicine Magnesium phosphoricum, or Mag phos, you may find the tension, and so the resistance melts away.

However, your condition must be relieved by both heat and pressure, to get good results from this fabulous medicine.
